Technology you can trust.
Transparency instead of buzzwords. Here's how we protect your data.
Your data stays in Switzerland
Our servers are located in a Swiss data centre in Zurich. No AWS, no Azure, no Google Cloud. Your data is subject exclusively to Swiss law — among the strictest data protection regimes in the world.

Isolated containers per customer
Isolation like a Swiss vault
Every customer gets their own isolated containers. No shared databases, no mixing of data. Like separate safe-deposit boxes in a vault.

We take care of it. You just use it.
Our automation stack keeps operations running smoothly.
Automatic security updates
Updates are first tested in a staging environment. Only after successful validation are they rolled out to your system — typically with no downtime.
Round-the-clock monitoring
Our systems monitor CPU, RAM, storage and network 24/7. We get alerted to anomalies before you notice anything.
Proactive notifications
Storage running low? An update due? We let you know ahead of time by email — no unpleasant surprises.
Frequently asked infrastructure questions
Where exactly is my data stored? ▾
In a Swiss data centre in Zurich, with backup replication to a second Swiss data centre. We use no US hyperscalers for persistent data — your data is subject exclusively to Swiss law (nFADP).
How do the backups work? ▾
Following the 3-2-1 strategy: three copies of your data, on two different media types (NVMe SSD and cold storage), one of them off-site in a second Swiss data centre. Backups run daily, hourly on Business plans.
Is my data isolated from other customers? ▾
Yes, completely. Every customer gets their own isolated container with its own database. There are no shared databases and no mixing of customer data.
How do updates work? ▾
Security updates are first tested in a staging environment and only rolled out to your system after successful validation — typically with no downtime. You never have to worry about it.
What happens if I want to switch providers? ▾
Open source means no lock-in. You can get a full export of your data in open formats at any time and keep running the same software with another provider or on your own infrastructure.
