Directus is an open-source headless CMS and backend toolkit: it provides a ready-to-use REST and GraphQL API, as well as a no-code Data Studio, for any SQL database. Editorial and specialist teams manage content via an intuitive interface, whilst developers access it via the API – for websites, apps or internal tools. Because Directus works directly on your own database rather than on a proprietary data model, there is no vendor lock-in. With Managed Directus Hosting, you receive this backend as a managed service, without the need for your own server infrastructure.

Who is Directus suitable for?
